The hotel was located really close to Scarborough, within walking distance of the open air theatre, and open air theatre and peasholm park. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect close to the beach, great for for where we were going. The bedroom was large and airy. The breakfast with juice and yoghurt, as for instance was tasty and delicious, had so much to choose from.

What a magnificent location perfect right on the doorstep of a beautiful park! Besides, easy access to a sculpture gallery. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the standard twin room, plus an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron/ironing board. Tasty and gorgeous breakfast with plenty of great food.

The property met the purpose, we would definitely return here. The hotel is fantastic and exceptionally clean, everything is very good. The staff is amicable, the room is good-sized and airy.
